Allie Lee Johnston, 82, of Franklin passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2008, at her residence. Graveside services are set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 9, at Holly Cemetery in the Ridge Community of Robertson County. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, February 8, at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.

Allie was born on February 22, 1925, in the Ridge Community of Robertson County to Elgin and Minnie Currie Johnston. She was a resident of Franklin for the past 17 years, having previously lived in Houston. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother.

Survivors include her sisters, Myrtle Wade of Franklin, Dorothy Crider of Pearland and Rosie Templeton of Abilene, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, David and Cheryl Johnston of Buffalo, Texas; sister-in-law, Becky Blessington of Lake Charles, La.; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
