CONWAY
Mrs Freelove Batchelder, 83, died at her home on Baptist hill at 3 yesterday morning. She had been ill but two weeks with the grip. Mrs Batchelder was born in Savoy, July 19, 1820, but moved to Conway 64 years ago. In January, 1840, she was married to Lansford Batchelder, who died in March 1899. She had one child, Perkins Batchelder of Conway, who survives her. She also leaves a sister, Mrs William Stearns of Conway. She was a sincere Christian woman, a kind woman and much loved by a large circle of friends. The funeral will be held at her late home to-morrow afternoon at 2, Rev. C. H. Calhoon officiating. The burial will be in Howland cemetery.

Death of Mrs. Lansford Batchelder
Mrs. Freelove Batchelder, 83, died this morning at 3 o'clock at her home in Baptist hill. She had been ill a week with grip. She .was born in Savoy July 19, 1820. She was married in January 1840 to Lansford Batchelder, who died iu 1899. She is survived by one son, Perkins Batchelder of Conway and a sister, Mrs. William Stearns. The funeral will be held Friday. Rev. H. A. Calhoun of the Baptist church officiating.
