Mass of Christian Burial was Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at St. Victoria Catholic Church for Agnes S. Krueger, age 91 of Victoria. Agnes died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999, at St. Mary's Care Center, Winsted.
Agnes was born Jan. 26, 1908, in Winsted; the daughter of Paul and Mary (Sterner) Quast. She was baptized and confirmed at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Winsted.
On Feb. 25, 1930, Agnes married Conrad A. Krueger at Holy Trinity Catholic Church by the Rev. Smarian.
Agnes was a member of the Victoria Senior Citizens group.
She is survived by son, Roger Krueger of Chaska; daughter and son-in-law, Darlene and Wilbert Kelzer of Chaska; grandchildren, Mary and Alan Roettger of Almena, Wis.; Carol and Steve Carlson of Carver, Robert Kelzer and fiancee, Stacy Machtemes of Waconia; Donna and John Amoe of St. Bonifacius; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla, Beth, Jake, Amanda, Tayler, and Kelsey; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Agnes was preceded in death by her husband Conrad; parents, Paul and Mary Quast; brothers, August and Louis Quast; and sisters, Lena Scheiber, Josephine Heimerl and Justina Krueger.
Mass was at noon with the Rev. Bob White officiating. Interment was at Guardian Angels Catholic Cemetery in Chaska.
Casket bearers were Robert Kelzer, Carol Carlson, Mary Roettger, Donna Amoc, Harold Krueger, and Richard Heimerl.
Vigil prayers were recited Monday, Dec. 20, at 7 p.m. by the Rev. Conrad Schneider.
Arrangements were by Johnson Funeral Home, Waconia.
