"Alexander McKenna, father of Mrs Nicholas Cartney of Second street, died Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, aged about 69 years, of Bright's disease. Deceased came to this city about two weeks ago from Galveston, Tex, to die with relations. The funeral services will be held at St Titus' church at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning, and the cortege will leave immediately after the service for Tidioute, where the interment will take place in the Catholic cemetery."
