"John M. Busby received a telegram Monday evening informing him that his son, Alfred Busby, had been killed on the railroad at Odell, Illinois, that afternoon. The particular manner of his death was not communicated. It seems he had been living in Southern Kansas but had gone to Chicago some omths since and had got employment on the ralroad. His remains arrived here this morning and will be buried in the White Cloud cemetery."
