Adron Calcote rites Saturday
Services were Saturday, March 18, at 10 a.m., at Hamburg Baptist Church for Adron Harrison Calcote, 81, of Rt. 2, Roxie.
Mr. Calcote died March 16 at his home. He was born Dec. 14, 1896 in Franklin County and was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Hamburg Baptist Church.
Rev. Matt Buckles and Rev. J. C. Graves officiated. Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Franklin Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Willie Hanson Calcote, Rt. 2, Roxie, and two sisters, Mrs. Ollie French and Mrs. Alma Stevens, both of Natchez.
Mr. Calcote's mother was the former Virginia Buckles.
