Betty Bell Bupp, 65, of 404 Jennifer Drive, New Cumberland, formerly of Newport, died yesterday in the home of a son in Bangor, Maine.
She was member of the Newport American Legion Auxiliary, Newport VFW Auxiliary and the Millerstown Moose Auxiliary.
She was the widow of Harry D. Bupp. Surviving are two sons, James E. of Bangor, Maine, and Michael E. of Fort Worth, Texas; a daughter, Kathi J. Zeigler of New Cumberland; four brothers, Paul and Kenneth Bell Jr., both of Pittsburgh; Ronald Bell of Florida, and Richard Bell of Ohio; two sisters, Barbara Kosick and Kathi Scott, both of Pittsburgh, and six grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Myers Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will be in Newport Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
