Alexander of Clinton, Mo., Elizabeth Swafford of Decatur and Ronnie Smith II of Independence, Mo. and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dale Barkley, Jay Conrad, Clyde Slimp, Richard Mesler and Russell Alexander. Honorary pallbearer will be Carol Giles.
