Feb 2 1912-Mrs. N. E. Bentley, died at her home on South St. & her remains were taken to Jnsvl., Wednesday for burial. She was the widow of the late Hugh M. Bentley of Jnsvl., and it was here that she made her home until about 3 years ago, when she moved to union. Before her marriage, ca 1877, she was Miss Nancy Vincent of this county. Burial was at Gilead Cemetery. She is survived by children: Luther Bentley of Burlington, NC; Max Bentley, Mrs. Thomas B. Betenbaugh & Misses Belle & Frances Bentley. She was the daughter of Thomas & Louise Vincent. She had only 1 sister, who died in girlhood, & 4 brothers: James W., William G., E. C. "Bet", & T.J. "Lease" Vincent. All are dead but the youngest, T.J.
