Ann was employed by the Niagara Falls Board of Education for 20 years working in the cafeterias at South Junior, NFHS, Gaskill and GJ Mann Elementary School until retiring in 1993. She enjoyed traveling and shopping and her passion was to golf. She remained physically active and until becoming ill, golfed in leagues at Hyde Park and Shawnee Country Club. Ann was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Her door was always open and you never left her home empty handed or hungry. She also enjoyed crocheting and reading Danielle Steele novels. After retiring, Ann and her husband John spent the winter months at their condo in Winter Haven, Florida. She looked forward to coming home in the summer to be with her family. She especially enjoyed a round of golf and dinner on Tuesdays with her Ya Ya Sisters, Gloria, Linda and Paula.
