Lola Mae Boshears, age 88, of LaFollette, TN., died February 27, 1995, at the LaFollette Medical Center.
She was a member of the Cedar Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Sallie Lay; husband, Joe Riley Boshears; son, Joe Riley Boshears Jr.; six brothers and one sister. She is survived by sons, Carl Boshears of Caryville, Douglas Boshears of LaFollette, Melvin and Don Boshears, both of Jackboro; daughters, Dorothy Cooper of Sweetwater; Aileen Blakley of Helenwood, and Shirley Ann Bright of LaFollette; brother, Milas Lay of Monroe, Mich.; sisters, Harriet Parker of LaFollette, Wanda Parker of Jacksboro, Mable Schultz and Essie Heck, both of Monroe, Mich.
Funeral services were conducted March 2, 1995, at Cedar Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Arnold officiating. Burial followed in Bakers Forge Cemetery.
Martin Funeral Home of LaFollette was in charge of arrangements.
