Donna (Kinney) Adams, 60, of Alexandria, Virginia, passed away on February 21, 2007 after a long battle with cancer.

She was born on September 8, 1946, the daughter of Donald and Edith Fern Kinney of Ensley Center. She graduated from Tri-County High School in 1964. Following graduation she worked for the U.S. Navy Department in Washington, D.C. until her retirement in 2002.

She is survived by her son, Bill, of Ft. Washington, Maryland; four sisters, Joan (Bernard) Timmer of Big Rapids, Jean (Bob) Snow of Sand Lake, Mary Anne Douglass of Big Rapids, and Garnet (Jerry) Kaiser of White Cloud; two grandsons, Donovan and Devin Adams of Ft. Washington, Maryland; three niece and eight nephews; and 26 great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Perry Douglass III.

A memorial service was held on March 3 at the Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home Chapel in Alexandria, Virginia.
