William Mills was born in Topsham, Orange Co., VT according to his death certificate. I have never been able to find his birth certificate to prove this. He married Elizabeth Hawkins in 1825 in Quebec. His death certificate states he died at the age of 83 years, 11 months. I believe his death certificate is correct not his grave marker.
William is my 3rd Great Grandpa.
