OTTAWA -- William E. "Bill" Kiley, 67, of Ottawa, died Monday, April 30, 2007, at Community Hospital of Ottawa.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Gladfelter Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Dodd of St. Columba Catholic Church officiating and full military honors to follow. Burial of the cremains will be in Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services.

Mr. Kiley was born Aug. 2, 1939, in Ottawa, to William J. Kiley and Helen Bayuk. He married Charlotte Ann Szott of Peru on May 21, 1960.

He served in the Navy from May 1958 to April 1964 as an aviation photographer. He was a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus (third degree), American Legion Post 33, past coordinator of the American Legion Honor Guard and a three-year trustee.

He was owner of the Kiley's Shell Station from 1970 to 1977. He retired from Wackenhut Security at the La Salle Station, in nuclear security management, after 20 years.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Kelly (Jon) Davis of Norway and Colleen (Bryan) Trim of Crystal Lake; a son, William D. Kiley of Sheridan; two grandchildren, Melissa Davis of Aurora and Jordan Kiley of Peru; a sister, Sharon (John) Packett of Troy, Va.; a brother, Jerry (Barb) Kiley of La Salle; a stepbrother, Wayne Corcoran of Ottawa; a stepsister, Judy (Bob) Dubach of Monticello, Ga.; and an aunt, Theresa Bayuk Bohler of Ottawa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials may be directed to American Legion Honor Guard, Post No. 33 or Marquette High School.
