Martin A. Holm died at his home,
120 Lindale avenue, at 9:30 a. m.
yesterday. Mr. Holm was born in Winneshiek
county, Feb. 11, 1862, and
on Sept. 7, 1884, was united in
marriage to Mattie B. Richardson;
later he moved to Waterloo, where
he had since made his home. Mr.
Holm is survived by the widow,
four children, Arthur, Sidney,
Neb.; Harry, Waterloo; Earl. West
Concord. Minn., and Mrs. G. E. Mer-
rill, Castalia, Ia.
Mr. Holm was a member of the Methodist
church, and of the Masonic Order. Funeral
services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at
the home, in charge of Rev. C.E. Luce, pastor
of St. Paul's M.E. church, and burial will
be in Fairview cemetery.
