Betty Ann Arnold, age 71, of Marshall, MO, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011, at the home of her son in Marshall. She was born on January 19, 1940 in Lincoln, MO, the daughter of William and Rosa Odessa Dragoo Hutcheson.
On November 8, 1958, she was united in marriage to J.V. Arnold in Warsaw. Following their marriage they made their home near Ionia, Missouri and unto this union, two sons and two daughters were born. In 1960, they moved to Marshall, MO.
Betty was a devoted wife and a loving mother and grandmother, and was most happy to surround herself with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.V. Arnold, a son, Eddy, who passed away at the age of seven, and two grandchildren.
She is survived by one son, Ray Arnold, of Marshall, MO, and two daughters, Edna Simmons of Marshall, MO and Marie Colwell, of Moberly, MO, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Other survivors include a sister, June Wolfe and two brothers, Willie Hutcheson and Johnny Hutcheson, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln, MO. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Warsaw, MO. Family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM, Wednesday evening at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home, Lincoln,
