Dorothy Annette Faddis, 69 of Springdale was born July 16, 1938 to Lawrence and Edith Petillo of Yell, Arkansas.

Dorothy passed away January 11, 2008 in Springdale, Arkansas.

She was a dedicated member of Westside Church of Christ in Springdale. She graduated from Ola High School in Ola, Arkansas with the class of 1956. She was a career Homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Joe M. Faddis of Springdale; one daughter Shawna C. Ford and husband Phil Ford of Springdale; one stepson Joe M. Faddis Jr. and wife Dawn of Lake Kiowa, Texas; four grandchildren Kelsey Ford, Zach Ford, Tabitha Faddis and Ryan Faddis; Two sisters Ruby Rader of Skiatook, OK and Janette George and husband Jacky George of El Reno, OK; four nieces Janan Fletcher, Anita Frogge, Kim Whisenant and Karen Oleman; several great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale. Interment of her remains will be in the Whiteoak Cemetery at Qualls, Oklahoma.
