SERVICES PLANNED
FOR BLAINE ANDERSON
Services for Blaine Anderson, 69, Oklahoma pioneer and one-time resident of the Union City community will be at 2:30 p. m. Saturday in the First Methodist church at Union City.
Burial will be in Union City cemetery.
Mr. Anderson died Thursday in a hospital at Rusk, Tex. Born in Kansas, he came to this state with his parents during the land run and settled in the community around Union City, engaging in farming.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bess Anderson, Osage, Kan.; two sons, Alfred Anderson, Tyler Tex,, and Glenn Anderson, Fort Worth, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Starbuck, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. John Chiles, 1100 South Reno avenue; a brother, Rev J. G. Anderson, 904 West London avenue, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
