Services for Ace W Banks, 77, 1102 Tower Avenue, will be held Friday at 2 pm. at the Grant Street Church of Christ, G.C. Carr, and Earl Prater, ministers, will conduct the services. Burial will be in the Roselawn cemetery, Mutual Service directing.

The body will be at his home this afternoon, where it will remain until time for the services.

Banks died at the Decatur General Hospital Wednesday night at 8:45. He was a retired farmer, widely known in the Decatur area. He moved to Decatur several years ago to make it his home.

Surviving him are three sons and three daughters. They are: G.V. Banks, Tallapoosa, Ga; W.A. and L.E., both of Decatur; Mrs. W.S.Lemay, Mrs. Johnny Brown, and Mrs. W.H. Alexander, all of Decatur. Two brothers and a sister also survive. They are, Gus, Cincinnati, Ohio; Tom, Marion, Alabama; and Mrs. J.L. Stephenson from Tennessee. Other survivors include eight grndchildren.
