Benjamin Watkins Breedlove, born 22 May 1860 in Swain, North Carolina, to Jesse E and Mary Ann (Dehart) Breedlove. Benjamin married Parthena Louisa Angelina Duvall about 1879. To this union 10 children are known (possible 11th child, 1910 census she claims mother of 11 children, 10 living).
