Mrs. Frances Mary Price of Cadiz died at the OVG Hospital at Wheeling on Aug. 28, 1962. She was born in Wetzel Co., W.Va., May 12, 1883, a daughter of Christian U. and Sarah Jane (Starkey) Keener. Surviving are six sons, Wayne of New Athens, Clive at home, Maynard of Scio, Ray of Harrisville and Everett of Zelienople, Pa.; a daughter, Mrs. Dave Aspinall of Adena; a sister, Mrs. Clarence Zimmerman of Muncie, Ind., a brother, Charles Keener of Corpus Christi, Texas and 10 grandchildren. Burial will be in the Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville.
