Deborah S. Hendrix-Mayher, 58, of Oil City, died Thursday, Oct. 3, 2011, at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.
Deborah was born Feb. 16, 1953, in Alice, Texas. She was the daughter of James Hendrix of Dallas, Texas, and the late Mildred Maserang Hendrix.
Deborah was married in Clarion to the late Mark Mayher, who passed away March 23, 2001.
Deborah received her education at Lake Highlands High School and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
She was self-employed as the landlord of Landmark Apartments in Venus.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Her hobbies included music, arts, education and planting flowers.
In addition to her father, Deborah is survived by two sons, Michael and Andrew Billings, both of Oil City; a brother, Daniel Hendrix of Arlington, Texas; and her special friend, Ron Pastilock, with whom she made her home.

She is also survived by two grandchildren, Emma Billings and Liam McElhattan, both of Oil City.
A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 580 Colbert Ave., Oil City, with Father John Malthaner officiating.
