Mrs. Smith Succumbs

KNOX - Mrs. Junie Marie Henry Smith, 65, a resident of this community, died at 6 a.m . Sunday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stanley O'Neil of Knox RD 2. She was the widow of Ralph G. Smith.

She was born in Limestone Township, Clarion Count, March 19, 1897, a daughter of John and Catherine Mohney Henry.

She was married May 22, 1918, to Mr. Smith, who died July 10, 1953.

Mrs. Smith was a member of the Kingsville Methodist Church.

Surviving are three sons, Woodrow R. Smith of Baxter RD, Rayburn C. Smith of Emlenton RD 3 and Arthur L. Smith of Mayport RD 1; six daughters, Mrs. William (Helen) Jones of Clarion RD 2, Mrs. Lawrence Kemmer of Summerville RD 2, Mrs. Donald (Ruth) Fitzsimmons of Corsica, Mrs. Jack (Jean) Raybuck of New Bethlehem, Mrs. Stanley (LaRue) O'Neil of Knox RD and Mrs. Floyd (Janet) O'Neil of Emlenton RD 3; 40 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

One daughter, Faye, is deceased.

Friends may call at the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday.

Removal will be made Wednesday to the Asbury Methodist Church, Route 322, between Strattanville and Corsica, where there will be viewing from noon until time for the funeral services at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Rev. Victor Krob, pastor of the Lickingville Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Asbury Church Cemetery.
