David J. Andrews
David J. Andrews, 72, died Wednesday, March 18, 1998, at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Nineveh.
He was born April 3, Terre Haute. His parents David and Mae (Stamford) Andrews. He married Verna B. (Huth) Andrews May 1,1948, in Indianapolis. She survives. Other survivors include two sisters, Gladys Blair of Indianapolis and Mellissa Daley of Iowa;, a brother, Harold Andrews of Louisville, Ky.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons,
John Richard Robbins and Robert Lee Robbins.
He was an appliance installer for Citizens Gas and Coke for 42 years, retiring in 1984.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at G.H. Hermann Greenwood Funeral Home. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township.
