CATHERINE ELIZABETH MCNALL

Catherine E. McNall, 74, died Sept. 7, at her home in Samuels. She was born Oct. 10, 1896 in Sprague, Wash., and married William W. McNall in 1914 at Spokane, Wash. She came here from Amber, Wash., in 1922 and operated a ranch in Grouse Creek area. She was a member of the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by two sons, Francis of Samuels, and Vincent of Naples; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Lois) Westfall, Samuels, 16 grandchildren; a brother, Cyril Burns, Mt. Sterling, Ill.’ Three sisters, Miss Margaret Burns, Miss Vera Burnes and Mrs. Charles (Regina) McNall, all of Cheney.

Rosary was said at the Moon Chapel at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10 and Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Saturday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m., with Father John O’Donovan officiating. Burial was at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
