Mary was 79 when she passed away. She was 14 years old when she married Aaron Albert Lewis on January 3, 1850. Six children were blessed to this marriage: Sarah A, Rosetta "Rosa", James F, Rufus Eli, Mary S, and Aaron Albert Jr.
Shortly after their marriage the couple moved to Missouri where the children were born. By 1880 they were living in Cold Springs, Phelps, MO where she remained until her death.
NOTE: For some unknown reason there is a second marriage certificate for the couple on June 13, 1898.
Her parents may have been: William & Margaret Ann (Bladen) Denny.
