Simeon Tharp, who states DOB as 13 Nov. 1827, has a CSA pension application. In his own words, he says he was a LT. in Company C of the 4th GA regt. Doles' Brigade. In Virginia he was wounded in his thigh and spine, causing paralysis. His pension was $50 per year.
