Mr. Stainsky, 53, died December 4, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He was an electronics field engineer.
Mr. Stainsky was born Jan. 16, 1947, in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Eugene and Pauline (Edinborough) Stainsky, who are deceased. He was married October 3, 1996, to Judy Miller. He is survived by his wife, two stepdaughters, Zelline LaFleur and Julie Roberson, a stepson, Jon Walters, an uncle Donald Edinborough, and five stepgrandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Living Springs Worship Center, 640 Manitou Blvd. Colorado Springs.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, served as a Electronics Technician, Petty Officer Second Class, served most of his years at the Naval Communications Base in Greece.
