Rafael was born October 24, 1925 in Mexico and he passed away October 21, 2011 in Bakersfield, CA. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Celia Cardoza. He leaves to mourn his passing, his brother, Juan Perez and his wife; sons, Rafael Jr., Candelario and Ignacio Cardoza; daughters, Juanita, Maria, Leticia and Armida Cardoza as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
