Addie was born at home in her Kansas farm house. Her parents were Minnie (Belt) and Earl Everett Fornwalt. She had two brothers (Everett and Legon). She married Orin Oscar Brown after meeting him through pen pal letters. Orin was in the Army. They married in 1950 and had 4 children: Earl Lee, Alice Faye, Shirley Anne and Deborah June. She was beloved in her family and held everything together like glue. She is greatly missed!
