Minnie was the daughter of Sereno Dwight EDGERTON & Julia HAMMOND. She married Benjamin T. MAY on 29 Oct 1897 in Jo Daviess Co IL. They had three children: Clara Belle, Edna Fern & Evelyn Anna MAY.

She received her education in Hanover IL schools and studied music in Minneapolis MN. She was a housewife.

Her IL Death Certificate #18688 has her YOB as 1870.
