Spader, and grandparents David Swick, farmer, and Anna Henry Swick family. However on her marriage record on LDS to Jacob S. Hortman, indicates her father was Peter Spader. (also noted on both the 1900 and 1910 U.S. census document lists her father born Massachusetts..?)
