Lela Bell Bilyeu Stanford, 100, was born November 26, 1910 on a farm near Perry, Oklahoma to Noah and Nina Ann Bilyeu. She had a dream of living to be 100 and she celebrated that day on November 26, 2010.
Her first marriage was to Millard Allen Pricer, and to this union one daughter, Loretta Lee was born. Donald J. Koehn and Loretta Lee Pricer were married June 5, 1955. Her second marriage was to Melvin R. Stanford who served as Sergeant Major in the United States Air Force.

Besides being a homemaker she worked in Laundry and Dry cleaning, Maintenance personnel, and police officer serving as security guard.

She loved her flowers, her garden, working outside and often would pick up a paintbrush and start painting pink as she wished.

Her family will remember her generosity, the Sunday dinners after church and the open door of her home where she provided lodging for those of her family who wished it.

Lela was able to see five generations, herself, her daughter, Loretta Lee; two Grandsons, David Allen Koehn and Robert Scott Koehn, one granddaughter Dianna Lynn Hamill; great grandsons, Brandon Wayne Campbell, Kyle Joseph Molina, John James Koehn, Robert Martin Koehn, and Jacob Fry; great-great grandsons, Gavin Koehn and Cayden Molina; nieces, nephews and friends.

Being a centennial she was the last of her generation, four sisters, Stella Ann, Ruby Dell, Viola May and Francis Bilyeu; four brothers Vernon, Irvin, John and Virgil Bilyeu.
