Margaret Helen Gabel was born in Kansas City, Kansas, and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, where she was the parish sacristan, a member of its St. Valentine's Circle and Altar Society. Margaret was also a volunteer for Cancer Action Inc.


Mrs. Margaret Helen King, age 72, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 1985, at Providence-St. Margaret Health Center. She left four brothers, Francis Gabel, Andrew Gabel and Edward Gabel, all of Kansas City, Kan., and Henry Gabel of Kansas City, as well as two sisters, Mrs. Leona Ussery of Kansas City, Kan., and Mrs. Theresa Goodwin, of Kansas City.
