Chico (California) Daily Enterprise, Wednesday Evening, September 29, 1926, pg 1 col 2: Brother of Chico Woman Passes. Raymond Hall, world war veteran and brother of Mrs. J.G. Bowles of Chico, died yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o’clock at the Edward Hines hospital at Mayfield near Chicago, according to word received here last evening.
Hall has been critically ill for some time and his death was not unexpected.
Mrs. Bowles returned from a visit with her brother only last week.
Aside from the local sister, Hall is survived by another sister, Mrs. Naomi Hardin and a brother John Hall, both of Missouri.
Interment will be made at Canton, Mo., the former home of the deceased.
