Lost Lives in Cape Storm.
Parker Zimmerman.
Parker Zimmerman, 74 years old, was killed instantly by the tornado which struck his home in the Red Star suburb Saturday night.
Final rites will be held at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Brinkopf-Howell Funeral Home.
Mr. Zimmerman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dolly Zimmerman; six sons, Frank, James and Oliver

Zimmerman of Cape Girardeau, Francis Zimmerman of Indianapolis, Ind., Lonnie Zimmerman of St. Louis and Norman Zimmerman of Johnson City, Ill., a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Yount of Johnson city, Ill.; a brother, W. L. Zimmerman of Fornfelt; a sister, Mrs. Effie Tippie of Chicago and 10 grandchildren.
Born Feb. 17, 1875 at Lutesville, Mr. Zimmerman engaged in farming in his early life. From 1931 to 1938 he operated a general merchandise store at Advance. He moved to Cape Girardeau in 1938 after having retired from business.
