Funeral services were held Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church of Fairfield for Pearl Lucile Willard, 98, of Fairfield who died Saturday in Fort Worth.

Mrs. Willard was born September 9, 1902, in Freestone county and was a homemaker.

Services were conducted at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Harry Bonner and the Rev. Matthew Prather officiating.

Special music was provided by Leslie Freeman, Bette Kirgan and Kay Watkins.

Burial was at Lake Chapel Cemetery in Freestone Co.

Pallbearers were Randall Whitaker, David Cornish, Tommy Martin, Bob Brockway, Todd Willard, Nick Cornish and David Cornish II. Honorary pallbears were Don Moore, Monte Donaldson and Wayne Donaldson.

Mrs. Willard is survived by two daughters, Lu Nell Stroud of Ft. Worth and Hazel Juanita Culp of Austin; a son, Alton Dale Willard of North Richland Hills; a sister, Frances Whitaker of Fairfield; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
