L. Albert Dick.

L. Albert Dick, a well-known veteran of the Civil War, died at his home, No. 1 Rose street, at 1.20 o'clock this morning. He had been ill only a week from a complication of diseases. The deceased was 69 years of age and was for many years in the employ of the American Sheet Iron Company, at this place. He participated in many important engagements during the war as a member of Company K, Second Regiment Maryland Volunteers, and for many years had been an active member of John G. Tolmie Post, No. 50, G. A. R., of Phillipsburg.

He is survived by his wife and the following children: David R., Mrs. Edwin Smith, Mrs. Chester Dalrymple, Lewis Albert, Jr., and John Wesley Dick, of Phillipsburg; Mrs. Charles Schafer, of Easton, and James Dick, of Burlington. Two brothers and two sisters also survive, viz., John and Thomas Dick, of Kansas; Mrs. Mary West, of Aberdeen, Md., and Mrs. Rose Mills, of Colorado. He was a member of the First M E. Church.

The funeral service will be conducted at North End Mission on Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock.
