Beth Conk West of Spanish Fork, died on August 8, 2008 at the Hearthstone Manor. She was 88 years old, born July 20, 1920 in Payson, Utah. Her parents were Garrett (Garry) and Louie (Stark) Conk. Her siblings are: Leo Alma (Edna & Julia) Conk; Arvil Stark (Josephine) Conk; Farrell (Erma) Conk; Maud S Conk; Elizabeth Conk; Jack (Fern) Conk. She is survived by one brother - Samuel Garrett (Adel) Conk.
She married Theron T. West of Spanish Fork. They had 3 children, Kaye Stallings; Diane (Wayne) Miller; Jay (Ruth Ann) West. She had 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren.
Beth was a loving homemaker. She worked at Utah Sports Wear for 12 years. She served as a Librarian and Nursery Leader in her ward. She enjoyed gardening, vacationing, handwork, and word puzzles. Her family loved her dearly.
