He was born July 4, 1983, in Fort Lewis, Washington, to Walter F. LeBoulanger and Mary Elizabeth Shepherd LeBoulanger. He was a former resident of East Texas.
Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Monday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 3307 Center Hwy. in Nacogdoches, Texas. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, located at 5127 North St. in Nacogdoches.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Oct. 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors, located at 5400 North St. in Nacogdoches.
Memorial contributions may be made, in Walter's memory, to the Campership Fund of the Boy Scouts of America, 1331 E 5th Street, Tyler, TX 75701.
