Larry J. Richardson of Longview, died of natural causes Aug 26, 1987, in Community Hospice at the age of 42. He was born Sept. 9, 1944, at Chehalis, Wash., and had also lived at Silverlake and Napavine. Mr. Richardson was employed with Weyerhaeuser and was a member of IWA Local 3-536. He enjoyed oil painting, hunting, fishing, camping, square dancing and people. He is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Richardson and Deloris Richardson both of Longview; two sons, Scott Richardson of Kelso, and Jesse Knee, serving with the Navy aboard the US Enterprise; his parents, Elva Richardson, and Fred and Frances Richardson, all of Longview; three sisters, Sandra Ann Reeves of Kelso, Jacqueline Warilla of Mountain Home, Idaho, and Sharon Chapman of Longview; five brothers, Arland Richardson of Lacenter, Ronald Richardson of Longview, Alan Richardson of Castle Rock, William E. Brookreson of Lacey, and Tom Brookreson of Castle Rock; and numerous neices, nephews and cousins. The funeral and interment will take place at 2 p.m. Friday at Longview Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. G.C. Smyman Jr. officiating. McVicker's Chapel on the Hill is in charge of arrangements.
