George G. Perpitch, 101 of Brandon, Fla., passed away quietly in his apartment at Delaney Creek Lodge, Brandon on the 29th day of November, 2003. Mr. Perpitch had resided in Florida since his retirement in 1972. He was born George Gabriel Prpich in Creve Put, Croatia. Mr. Perpitch operated a gasoline station and auto repair shop. He is survived by nieces, Martha Prpich of Brandon, Fla., Eva Dunn of St. Louis, Mo., Shirley Schultz of Belleville, Ill., Linda Johnston of Edmond, Okla., Mary Ann Garwood of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a very dear cousin, Rose Fladland of Wichita, Kan. Preceding him in death was his first wife, Anne Pivour Perpitch and his second wife, Albina Perpitch, his brother, Samuel Perpitch, his sisters, Rose Garwood and Mary Prpich, and his nephew John Michael Prpich. Visitation will he held on Wednesday, December 3, 2003, at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Fla. from 2 to 4 p.m. where an Eulogy will be given by Pastor Mathew Clements of The First Baptist Church of Gibsonton, Fla. Interment and graveside service will be held in Sesser, Ill. On Saturday, December 6, 2003. There will be a visitation at Hobbs Funeral Home in Benton, Ill. from 1 p.m. with the interment beginning at 2 p.m. in the family plot at Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser, Ill.
