Floyd D. Trout, 70, died at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday in the Marion General hospital, Marion, where he had been a patient for the last six weeks.
Trout was born April 12, 1884, to Kara and Louisa Armatrout(sic) Trout. He married Minne Auld February 6, 1909, in Warren. She survives.
He was a resident of Grant county.
Other survivors in addition to the widow include two daughters, Mrs. Nina Lugar, Marion, route one, and Mrs. Donella Hite, Huntington route five, two sons, Kenneth, Indianapolis, and Denny, Warren, three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Holmes, Warren, Mrs. Cora Wesco, Warren, and Mrs. Amda(sic) Sourers, Warren, a brother, William, Martinsville, Ill., and seven grandchildren. A son, two sisters and a brother preceded in death.
Friends may call at the H. Brown and Son funeral hime in Warren after noon Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson Center Methodist church, with the Rev .A.E. Habgood,Warsaw, officiating.
Burial will be in t he Wodlawn(sic) cemetery in Warren.

Funeral Services for Floyd D. Trout were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson Center Methodist church, witht the Rev. A.E. Habgood,Warsaw, officiating. Arthur Zimmeraman sang, with Mrs. Jane Zimmeramn accompanying at the piano.
Pallbearers were Forrest Souers, Claude Holmes, Lawrence Trout, Dale Trout, Clyde Auld and Claude Brewer. Burial was in Woodlawn cemetery
