Everett Major Camp, 86, of Mableton died Nov. 4, 2007. Services were held at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home with the Rev. Burman Cape officiating. Burial was private.
Mr. Camp served in the Army during World War II. He retired from Georgia Power Company after 44 years. He was a member of the Rotary and Lions Clubs.
Survivors include his wife Hazel J. Camp; son Phil Camp of Greer, S.C.; daughters Lynn Camp of Smyrna and Penny C. Dean of Lexington, K.Y.; sisters Lillian Pascoe of Cartersville, Alleyne Ellerby and Marian Blackston, both of Clarkdale; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
