Chrudimsky, 715 N. 46th st., has been appointed administrator of the Hospital Cottages for Children at Baldwinsville, Mass., according to word received by her family.She went to Baldwinsville from Chicago where she was adminstrator of the Intensive Treatment center. Clinton - Services for Miss Myrtle B. Crudin, Parker Rd., South Lancaster, will be tomorrow at the First Congregational Church. Miss Crudin was administrator of the Clinton Hospital for the past seven years. She died yesterday. She was 62. Dr. Crudin graduated from Marquette University Medical School and Northwestern University. She was a trustee of the Massachusetts Hospital Association. She leaves a sister, Mrs. Lillian Du Mez of Wauwatosa, Wis. (Boston Traveler, Friday, 22 April 1955, page 52)
