Donald E. Pinchock, 83, of Blairsville, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital, Latrobe. Born June 3, 1928, in Jeannette, he was a son of the late George Pinchock and Leola (Kraft) Pinchock.
Donald was an Army veteran.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and dancing. In his earlier years, he enjoyed piloting his planes and riding his motorcycle.
Survivors include his son, Bruce A. Pinchock and his wife, Pauline, of Blairsville; grandchild, Cheri Darazio and her husband, Nathan, of Blairsville; great-grandchildren, Maura and Colton; and sister, Elsie Bryan and her husband, Charles, of Prescott, Ariz.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene (Bryan) Pinchock, who died in 1988; and brothers, Mahlon and Earnest Pinchock.
Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the JAMES F. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME. Funeral at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Interment in Blairsville Cemetery.
