Son of Hugh and Amanda Jane Page Lewis, husband of Nannie Vandorn Johnson.

MULLINS - Ed Lewis, 78, a retired Horry County farmer, died Thursday in the Mullins hospital. He was a son of the late Hugh and Jane (Page) Lewis and a native of Horry county.

Surviving are two sons, Burney Lewis of Marion and Carl Lewis of Charlotte; one daughter, Mrs. Vance Futch of Charlotte; one brother, Kemp C. Lewis of Mullins; one half-brother, Jeff Lewis of Mullins; two half-sisters, Mrs. Conway Collins of Mullins and Mrs. Johnny Rush of Latta.
