Cleo Clayton Stanley,96,Mr.Stanley was born January 22,1911,to Loring and Laura Stanley in Des Moines,Iowa.A veteran of the U.S.Army in World War II.He married Corene Holmes on December 6,1943,and they both resided in Angleton the rest of their lives.Mr.Stanley worked for the United States Postal Service for more than 30 years.Survivors include his daughter,Jeanette Martin and husband,Harvey;son,Michael Loring Stanley and wife,Chris;grandchildren;three great-grandchildren;many other loving family and friends.Final arrangements entrusted to Stroud Funeral Home,Clute,TX.77531
