Mattie Sue Tooley Allen, 88, of 2850 N. Highway 101, widow of Roy C. Allen, Sr., died October 3, 2011 at her home.
A native of Greer, daughter of the late Henry P. and Harriett Pollard Tooley, she was a retired employee of Stone Manufacturing and a member of Milford Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, R.C. Allen, Jr. (Twinkle) and Richard Allen (Patricia) all of Greer; a brother, Frank Tooley of Greer; a sister, Joanne T. Cannada of Greer; two grandchildren, Tanga Moody (Tim) and Robert Craig Allen (Christine); and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 2:30-3:45 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Herschel Crain. Burial will follow in Milford Baptist Church Cemetery.
The families are at their respective homes.
