BLACK EARTH — Fountain S. Zintz, 50, former editor of the Dane County News, Black Earth, died Thursday at a Dodgeville hospital, after an appendectomy. Mr. Zintz had been employed in a printing office in Delavan for several years. Survivors are his wife, the former Emma Kirch, Mazomanie; a son, Ray, in the Pacific, and his mother, Mrs. Eudora Zintz, Avoca. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the Zintz home in Avoca and at 2 in the Methodist, church. Burial with Masonic rites will be in the Avoca cemetery.
